Exchange and return

General conditions

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Protection» and Annex No. 3 of the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 172 of 19.03.1994, perfumes and cosmetics of good quality cannot be exchanged or returned.

When a refund is possible

Returns are possible only in the following cases:

  • identification of significant defects in the goods;

  • receipt of damaged goods (we are talking about the goods, not about damage to the packaging);

  • seller's mistakes when placing an order.

How to issue a refund

In the case of the situations mentioned above, the buyer is obliged to respond within 24 hours of receiving the order:

  1. send an e-mail: catiche.cosmetics@gmail.com
  2. provide confirmation:
    • photo/video recording of the problem,
    • a copy of the payment document,
    • bank details,
    • a copy of your passport,
    • identification code.

Refunds

The cost of the goods is refunded to the buyer's bank card within 7 calendar days after confirmation of the validity of the request.
